RATES  FOR 2019 SUMMER

• $2,000 PER WEEK (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY) WITH A $100 CLEANING FEE.
  
•  A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 (WE HOLD THE CHECK) IS ALSO REQUIRED.  
  
• THE MAXIMUM GUEST OCCUPANCY IS 8.  
  
• CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE STRONGLY DISCOURAGED (DUE TO THE LIMITED BACKYARD AND LAKEFRONT ).

OUR 4 BEDROOM VERMILION LAKEFRONT HOME

We have a lovely, four-bedroom home in the lakefront community of Vermilion Ohio. It is absolutely beautiful. All knotty pine, open airy floor plan with lots of windows, a very large first floor master bedroom with updated new master bath, a large open living room, a first floor game room, a gorgeous lakefront kitchen, half bath down brand new full bath up, with three additional large upstairs bedrooms.  There is a large deck facing the lakefront, a large front porch, and a fenced back yard. Our home is a charming, cozy and immaculate vacation home that will accommodate up to eight people.

​Located in Vermilion, Ohio, there is a large neighborhood playground for the kids, a neighborhood beach, basket ball court, tennis court, a soccer field and a kayak launch. A local YMCA is within walking distance for your early morning workouts.  
​So spend a day at Cedar Point and then head off to the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame and visit the many sites of Cleveland (USS Mather, the USS Cod submarine, the many nightclubs in the Flats by the Cuyahoga River, the Science Museum, or catch an Indians game).  The next day just sit on the deck or porch with a book, go to the neighborhood beach, or take a trip into downtown Vermilion. And always - just hang around and watch the sun set. The combinations and possibilities are endless. 

 Our Lakefront home is within spitting distance to Cedar Point, the Lake Erie Islands, Sandusky, Huron, Milan, Norwalk, and Cleveland, Kalaharie Water Park and Castaway Bay Water Park as well as the many wonderful wineries along Lake Erie.  
A vacation to remember always – And we promise, you will love the house, community and memories.  ​
****A couple of disclosures – remember - this is a house abutting Lake Erie. THERE IS AN APPROXIMATELY 10 FOOT DROP INTO THE LAKE. While a waterfront, there is no direct beach or water access. Also - we cannot guarantee the Lake Erie water levels - and its impact on the local neighborhood beach.
